This policy explains what personal information Art All The Way ([Registered legal entity — TODO]) collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers artalltheway.com and related services.

Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile it shares (name, avatar). Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase.
Your activity on the site. Projects you save, projects you mark complete, and your materials checklists — so your account works across devices.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we store your email address and where you signed up.
Submissions. If you share a photo of something you made, we store the image, any caption, and your consent to display it.
Usage data. Standard analytics about how pages are used, to improve the site. (TODO: list the specific analytics providers — e.g. GA4, PostHog — once configured.)

How we use it

To run your account and remember your saved projects and lists.
To send the newsletter or updates you asked for.
To review and display community submissions you consent to share.
To understand and improve how the site is used.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting, authentication and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it. (TODO: list your processors — hosting, auth, email, analytics.)

Your choices and rights

Update your email and communication preferences in your account.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Delete your account and personal data — this removes your saved projects, lists and submissions.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as keeping you signed in) and, with your consent, cookies that help us understand usage. (TODO: finalise the cookie/consent banner and list the cookies used once analytics is added.)
